PAPER DOLLS

 

When you were a child the only fun you have is the game time, this time that you usually spent you’re your siblings, cousins, friends, or other children who lived in your neighborhood.

I remember a lot of my childhood games, but in this occasion, I am going to talk about the game that I loved to play. I don´t Know If this game has a particular name but I would like to called it “Mariquitas”, this is a piece of paper with painted dolls that have clothes or shoes and you only need to use a pair of scissors to cut all the figures in order to dress your doll with the clothes you want.

Sometimes the dresses and shoes had like paper hooks that you use to hold the clothes to the shape od the figure but by mistake you cut the hooks with the scissors, and you will not able to dressed. When this happen, it was sad.

This game was really entertainment because the figures had pretty colors and the dresses and shoes were really nice and fashion.

My mother and my aunt bought me papers dolls to play after I did my homework.

Nowadays, when my nephew asks his father to print a lot of cartoons figures to coloring and cutting and sometimes, he let me help him, so I remember the old games.
